Once a transaction for Software Downloads has been completed, we are unable to refund your monies due to the nature of the product. However, we do provide 14 days support for all software, skins, videos, tutorials, help, support requests that you may purchase from XD Design. If you have purchased from our online store and are unable to use our software for any reason, please use the form provided on this page which will will respond to within 24 hours, by phone or email. All clients who have purchased through eWay or Paypal will have access to our support forums where we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have with out software. All software that is purchased requires acknowledgement of our Terms & Conditions, prior to final checkout. For sales which result in products being delivered via courier, Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL, every care is taken to deliver your products, we understand that on occasions, stock may arrived damaged or broken.
